Just Fine Tables has completed the building of our first two Rustic Hand Built Farm Tables, typical of those found at luxury furniture stores like Pottery Barn and Restoration Hardware. In our case, we have started with a couple of smaller tables with plans to build at least 4-5 larger ones.
Our first Rustic Hand Built Farm Table is one built with Rough Cut Ash Hardwood that has been aged and weathered to give it character and charm. The Ash Top and Skirt is supported on four removable old farm table legs. We took a little extra time to distinctively age and weather the legs to match the table’s skirt, which in combination provides a contrasting accent to the rustic table top.

Our second Hand Built Farm Table is one that can have many uses. It can be a kitchen table, a small dining table, a card table, or a porch table. This table is one built entirely of pine that has been aged and weathered very much like the table shown above. It’s not fancy, but you have to admit that it does have character and charm.

We hope you like these tables. We have plans to build several of these type tables and our popular indoor-outdoor tables over the next few weeks. These will be in addition to a Mega-sized Luxury Round Table Top that needs a supporting base to make it complete and any number of refinishing and/ or repair projects that continue to be passed to us from our wonderful partner, J’s-AVE.
