Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays always results in requests for custom tables. Most are farm or farmhouse tables and some are specialty with farmhouse farm table accents. Over the past four years, Just Fine Tables has had the pleasure to be able to provide handmade customer tables for these primary holidays.
Our most recent Holiday Table was this 60 Inch Square Ash Top Table with two (2) matching benches. It found its new home just before Thanksgiving this year.

Interestingly, the Thanksgiving Table was modeled / copied from this 60″ Square “Ash Top” Table that was delivered in a couple’s new home just before Christmas 2015.

This same 2015 Christmas Table was updated by the customer with a matching “Ash Top” Bench and some beautiful chairs. This was early in 2016.

((We must admit that we, at Just Fine Tables, have had many requests for this Square Ash Top Table with and without benches. The extent of the inquiries extend from Upstate New York to the coast area of North Carolina to name a couple.))
Our next Holiday Table (delivered just prior to Thanksgiving a year or so ago) was a special Rustic “Ash Top” Oblong Table built on a Custom Metal Base. In addition to this specialty table, Just Fine Tables built a rolling Island Console matching the table (You can see the end of the Island in the upper left hand corner of this picture in the adjoining room.) Of interest is that the top of the Island is from the end of the wide center plank seen in the oblong table. Yep, it is.

Before we relocated to the Tennessee Farm from Alabama, Just Fine Tables was requested to build a special farm dining table for a family with two matching benches. The table was to go into this family’s new home.(~ seems like we get a number of requests for custom tables in new homes). This table and the benches were hand built with a Maple Top and sized to allow the ‘gentleman of the house‘ to be able to cross his legs underneath the table while sitting on the benches. [We are continually requested to elevate tables an inch or two above the standard 30 inches to allow for additional leg room and/or to allow arm chairs to slide under the tables.] (The Oblong table above had a similar request.)

Last, but not least, this special table below was a Christmas Table for someone. This table was special as the top was built from Hickory Planks that Just Fine Tables had sitting around in our shop for nearly a year (admiring their beauty). Then one day, this trestle base showed up in our shop and … history was made.
