Just a few days ago we took time to build a new Outdoor – Indoor Buffet Bar Console Table Island from some old lumber we reclaimed on a recent trip to Austin, TX.

The idea for building such a table was prompted by my partner, J’s-AVE, when she said that she had seen / or saw a discussion regarding our first Buffet Bar Table (built over three years ago) on someone else’s website (i.e. LindaBerner.com). My partner had also mentioned that pictures of the original Outdoor-Indoor Buffet Bar Table Island had also been posted on “Pinterest” by someone …way back when.
And, with all the emphasis, …yours truly recalled that I had received a phone call from a lady in Maggie Valley, NC who said that she was the person who purchased the original buffet bar table / console at Encore Resales. She had done so while visiting relatives in the greater Birmingham, AL area. [“The lady asked if we had another one of the buffet bar table islands, as a friend of hers near her home asked if she could obtain one for their home. (duhh.. didn’t have one)].
